CPU cant start up

When I turned on the CPU, there is 1-2 sec of CPU running because I can see the lighting/running of the fan and then the CPU dead. Every time, I tried open and it keep having the same problem. Any ideas what went wrong for my CPU? I replaced the power supply but it didn't resolve the problem,

TS, please list down all parts of your rig like those on the right -->
Since you replaced the PSU and still can't power up, most likely something shorted to prevent the PSU from powering up.

There shouldn't be any issue with the rig. The CPU was like 5 years old and counting on.

Harddisk causing problem. Gonna get it replaced and see how it goes

So your HDD prevent system from boot up? Get an SSD instead.
