3 leave it/ useless spot coz of ODD

7 in

7 in coz the cpu cooler is actually exhaust cooler, it sucks in air from ambience and then blows the heatsink so it is best to have top as exhaust and rear as intake.

All in except 457 out.
But good luck if the intakes have no dust filters

Cos I just installed new cpucooler, the 2 fans are blowing from front to back. So make sense for 7 to be out too right?

If you are using stock cooler, then 7 recommended to be intake. If its using aircooler like current photo, then yes 7 can be out. In fact, 4 and 5 can be in as well for fresh air to cpu. You can totally avoid 2 as well if 6 has a space for fan

you have a very good case, with the new CPU cooler, I am curious why you need so many fans for the case?

Just an advice, if photo is really your rig, recommended to change that PSU. Andyson isnt really well known for its psu. So many nice parts, u dun wan them to be dragged down the grave together with psu when it pops.

My build usually only have exhaust rear (7) and top (5). The rest dun put anything and dun block them, let the air pressure difference do the rest of the work.

If your push and pull fans are not balanced, will generate a lot of noise bcos some fans will work harder then others.

Had 2 fronts 2 tops 1 back (all 140mm) but 2 spoilt for months. so bought a pack of 3 pwm fans together at a cheaper price as well as CPU cooler for a overall maintenance. Rig is on 24/7 so yeah

Age really catching up with such DIY hobby, changes fans, vacuum filter, clean interiors, change cpu cooler took me almost 2hr+ with backache lol
