CPU issues

Recently, i having a prob with my 6yrs old desktop.
on win 7, logging in as per norm. then about 3 mins later the background apps just hangs but still able to move my cursor.

Any idea what could be the issue?

Buy a Windows 10 key from carousell. Make a ESD USB of windows 10 officially from Microsoft site. Time to reformat and install a fresh copy of Windows.

Tried uninstall updates since the start of day with issues according to events. Still nt helping

wonder if msconfig or autoruns able help u troubleshoot whether a 3rd party startup item or service is causing this
if u try out, first ensure all microsoft services & items are hidden (ie don't disable ms ones)...
