CPU making noise. Anyone can help?

Hi all. Recently this sound keeps coming out from my CPU.
I suspect is the HDD. But i just bought this system like 3 months ago. I'm using toshiba pc p300 2TB HDD. I checked all screws inside are tighten. Wiring all secure with cable ties. What could be the issue?

Remove side panel and listen using sound meter app or using your ear to pinpoint source of noise. Likely either come from cpu or gpu fan.

The sound seems like coming from the right side panel beside the HDD. When I open up the panel, feels like coming from HDD. Or I could be wrong.

Because I see the screws all are tighten. So it is quite weird.

The sound will only come once in a while.

it sounds like casing fan rubbing against the casing.. might want to check that out. i used to have such issue and then i found out it was the casing fan making the noise..

Found out the sound.
It came from the lian li bora lite RGB fan.

How come new fan got sound?

its possible the bearing got some issue or it might be spinning against your casing..
