CPU+Mobo Help

Hi guys, I am building a new rig and right now deciding on the CPU and Mobo, which I am considering either the Asus Maximus VII Ranger, MSI Gaming 5 or MSI Gaming 7, along with either i5-4690k or i7-4790k.
Which motherboard do you guys think is better and is the 4690k enough?
I will be mostly gaming on this rig and sometimes using Autocad.
Also, which shop should I get the CPU+Mobo from?
