CPU/Mobo recommendation - budget

My current PC:
Intel i5-4670
4x4GB DDR3
MSI H97 PC Mate
NVidia GTX1650
PSU 650W 85+

Wanted to refresh CPU + MOBO + Memory with budget < $500 (lower is better)
I need 16GB memory at least, 32GB better.

Most of the time doing work from home stuff (emails, some coding, browsing).
the PC is running almost 18 hours a day.

Please share your recommendation.

Total $525. This is the combo I would go for though it is a bit over budget.

For normal use, the PC specs is fine.
If you want 32GB DDR3 there is but the price is quite high.

Yeah, it's been ok so far, i'm afraid it will stop working out of the blue due to age .
early on the year PSU died, and replaced.

i would suggest the following from dynacore:
ryzen 5 5500 + asus tuf gaming a520m plus wifi @ 297
klevv bolt x 2x 16gb 3600mhz @ 155
total: 452
if ok with buying from amazon then there is the teamgroup t create expert overclocking also 2x 16gb 3600mhz @ 130, otherwise koenig's suggestion is also good if u want rgb.

You have to act fast to avoid GST.

Suggest this combo and pay using PayNow. RAM in a separate order. Alternatively, NightRaven's suggestion if you prefer local warranty.

I would also prefer local warranty mainboard. The rest i'm ok with or without local warranty
My budget can go abit higher to $700 if intel needs more $

Rather go for prebuild Lenovo desktop like this one:

Nope. That is the trade-off for lower prices. If local warranty is important to you, you can consider NightRaven's suggestion.

No if you have tight budget than I suggest continue use it.
Sim Lim Square still sell DDR3 16GB RAM but around $12X.
To me I still feel just continue use until the PC really cannot than build a new one.
