Could be RAM problem as well.

Run MEMTEST to rule this out.

For overheating/unstable CPU, try running Prime95 for 12 hours or so for stability checks.

For graphics card stress test, download any of the benchmarks and run loop.

tested all no problem, there's 1 thing i notice is when i was forced to restart comp, after that, i go to window update it always will have 1 update for my graphic card if no update, i have to go nvidia web to search for update there will confirm have 1 update on the version example my version is currently is 3144.22 (newer ver) after the incident occur it will rollback to 3012.22 (older ver). am i right to think is the graphic card causing all the trouble?

is this a isolated incident or happen before ?

it could be due to incompatibility of the graphic card with the motherboard...

Had came across on my old pc too. Ran memtest and no errors reported.

Did a GPU switch and works fine again.

What I can advise you is memtest your rams first.
