cpu overheat

hi guys, any idea what could possibly went wrong with my computer. using aio water cooling, but it suddenly pump up very fast. then I went to check the cpu temp using hw monitor, I found that the temp is 82 degrees..

could it be the aio is faulty already? or could it be the mobo temp sensor is faulty? any suggestions?
