CPU recommendation

Hi guys i recently just broke one of my ryzen 3 1200 pin as it was stuck with the cooler itself is there possible/solution that i can do with it or should i just buy a Ryzen 5 1400 or still stick to R3 1200? Need guidance thx.

Use an iron to heat up the heatsink so the phasechange paste starts to melt then you can slide/dislodge the CPU from the HeatSink.

Can try solder the pin back
