CPU temp normal?

Hi all,

I'm using a ryzen 3600 on a msi x570 a pro mobo. I'm also using my be quiet pure rock as my cpu cooler and I am seeing temps on around 40-45 on idle and also up to 77deg on load, is it normal?

My mobo's bios is updated to the latest one already

Those are pretty good temps especially considering Singapore weather.
