CPU temps for Ryzen 5 3600

Is this common for Ryzen 5 3600? The temps spike?

Use Ryzen Master to monitor the temp, other temp monitor will cause temp spike.
If still same can try custom AMD plan.

use ryzen master.
dk if its still the case but other 3rd-party programs won't display accurate temps due to wrong/different sensor reading and also some may cause spikes.

Its about 8-10 degree higher than intel in ambient environment using stock fan.
But, it shldn't hit 99c if you are not running benchmarks.... so your one looks abit toasty.... like a intel 9900k

Pretty sure his CPU didn't hit 99 degrees lol. That was the GPU usage graph.

Yeah the temps seem normal.

do u have AMD Radon software (AMD Graphics card?, if u do, Please disable it from running during startup, it causes CPU Spikes)

Noctua U12A , But I'm using in a relatively small case, hence the temps might be higher,

disable it from startup, no need to uninstall as you need it for your GPU drivers
