CPU Upgrade Recommendation.

Intending to upgrade from my 1st gen i7. Heard many great stuff about AMD Ryzen and 8th Gen i7 is releasing . Main usage are for streaming, gaming and light rendering.

These are my current options.

#1 i7 7700K

#2 AMD Ryzen (Kindly educate me which to get!)

#3 Wait out til Coffee Lake arrives

As of now, Ryzen 5 1600 is best bang for the buck. If you are gonna get a after market cooler, get 1600X (it's better binned)

If budget allow, Ryzen 7 1700. Or 1700X for the same reason above.

If your pc is working find, wait Coffee Lake and see if Intel hit or miss fighting Ryzen before deciding which to get.

Streaming at least get ryzen r7 1700.
You won't regret it.
