CPU usage vs Physical Memory ?

Hellloooo to expert here again from a Nooob...

May i know under Task-Manager, whats the difference between between CPU usage and Physical Memory, and whats the kind of Percentage is "normal" or "high usage" ?? eg. when idling and when one is working on a PC..

and how can one know and how to go about like some expert here says does increase RAM help ? or what ?....

CPU Usage = How much processor being used to calculate instructions
Physical Memory = How much ram being used to store data for programs.

Monitor your usage. If ram usage is always high >70-80%, time to add more ram.

Processor wise will be abit more complicated. Depends on what you use your computer for.
