Hi guys, I'm having an issue here. I tried to turn on my CPU but it does not work. The power button just keeps flashing with the fans turning on for a while before going off.

Has anyone faced similar issues before?

Yea I did that and it powered up, after I removed my graphic card and connect the HDMI to the motherboard.

I used another graphic card and it can turn on via it.

My specs are:
MSI B85M-G43
i5-4570
Corsair dual channel 8GB
WD Blue 1TB
Gigabyte r9 290 (swapped out with a r9 270x and it worked though)
Seasonic 650W 80+ Gold
...<cd rom, monitor screen etc.>

Thank you!

Edit: I hope it is not my graphic card issue? The r9 290 card still runs when I turn it on though.
