Not really worth repairing IMO, those service centre will charge you the price of almost the cost of a brand new or maybe refurbish Macbook air? considering getting a new one as "Upgrade" if not i think some people here have some shop to recommend about this kind of repair!

They quoted me 900 plus to change the screen. Zzz.

Consider selling it and paying some extra cash to get a new one, there are people out there who actually buy it and repair themselves though it would required sometime. Goodluck to you though!

FYI, i bought my refurbish MBPr recently at only $1518, great deal IMO because its really as good as new! and after sales service is definitely a thumbs up!

Update: I've changed the digitizer and it's up and running. 😎
My advice: Do it yourself if you're a cheapskate like me. LOL

+1, why pay insane amount of $ to someone to fix something when one can DIY at a fraction of the cost (in this case, I bet it's less than 20% of the quoted repair cost).
