Creating MO without being a member

Hi mods,

I just noted that there is a guy, creating a MO in the mobile phone bazzar


Please do something about it as he is posting his sales thread all over the accessories forum and I think this is a violation to the terms and conditions of the forum.

I would have registered as Deluxe Member and maybe obtain permission to create MO, but MO is more for gathering overseas purchases and sharing shipping costs etc? The initial headcount for 1st and 2nd batch was for me to gauge how many items to stock up. I felt that mine as more of a sales thread, not MO.

In any case though, what would be deemed normal sales and what constitutes MO? I'm curious too, so perhaps a mod can clarify?
