Is creative coming out with any new speakers to replace the famous T3 2.1 speaker series?

The speaker was first launch in Oct/Nov 2008, it has been almost 5 years now.....

Any one with any news???

imho, 2.1 PC speakers to consider;

Logitech z623(THX certified but no tweeter) Speaker System Z623

Corsair SP2500(worth the money but needs a lot of space for the bass) leaning towards gaming although still quite good for music

Swans m50w(pretty good all rounded speakers, really worth the money. It is however made in china but so far its one of the best looking and great sounding speakers)

Klipsch Promedia 2.1(worth considering but I heard that the newer ones are not as good as the older versions)

swans m50w, promedia and corsair sp2500 is about the same price. the z623 is abit cheaper

also note that new speakers have a 'break-in' period. So probably they sound weird during the first 2 weeks or more. Your ears need to adjust, speaker loosen up...etc

These are pretty much the 2.1 speakers I have considered too as I'm in the midst of replacing mine.

I gotten the Logitech Z623 as its on offer at Amazon now. At US$99, I think its very much great value for money.

Wait for Tech Dynamic to bring in Swans GT-1000, said to be designed for gaming/movies, but still good for music. Price is around $250.

I doubt it. Last releases from Creative were the Inspire and SBS, which were low-end and lower end, respectively. They seem to be focusing more on the lower end these days. :(

I really wish they would get Cambridge Soundworks to design speakers for them again, like the old FPS, DTT and Megaworks.

Brand new in box T4 wireless speaker to let go, got it as a gift but I already have two more speakers at home. Asking for 295, open to offers, creative selling for 379.
