Creative Roar SR-20 Defect

Dear All,

I have bad experience with Creative Labs Customer Care team. I recently ordered Roar SR20 during the IT show and they took 1 months plus to deliver the set.

After i have received it, found this speaker have several defect and not user friendly at all.

1 The speaker cause my macbook restart when i try to press the play button to get connected.
2 The Speaker cause my macbook hang when return from sleep mode
3 The Speaker Sound quality is terrible when using direct Micro SD play back and bluetooth playback.
4 Not Plug and play, every time have to long press the play button to get connected.
5 Distorted sound once connected, i have no choice to restart the speaker.
6 Contacted Creative Lab, refused to refund, only 1 - 1 exchange.
7 The customer service advised me that once i used the control panel to set the sound setting, the equaliser will register on my SR-20 speaker, so my sd card playback will be the same as usb playback... ( very poor product knowledge ).

Anyone here if have encounter the same problem, pls share.

No prob with my roar too, in fact it works just fine like it should, with a few more extra features like alarm and SD playback.
