Just search, few hundreds sold, some like earbuds thousands sold..

Just saw amazon alot few thousands reviews

these are very small numbers.

creative's net loss in the past few years are in the order of US$10m per year.

if the products sell well, should have net gain instead.

I agree with others comments that Creative may now be a cheap acquisition target for big tech. Somemore, George Yeo is 1 of their ID with lots of international connections.

whats the logic?

https://www.cnbc.com/amp/2016/04/28/the-effects-of-a-ceos-death-on-stock-performance.html
The effects of a CEO's death on stock performance

Nick Wells

Stock in candy company Tootsie Roll Industries rose nearly 13 percent in the week following the sudden death of CEO Melvin Gordon last year.
That's not unusual. Since the 1950s, almost half the time a CEO dies unexpectedly, investors react by pushing the stock up. From 1990 to 2009, reaction following CEO deaths brought nearly 9 percent in average unusual returns. That's according to researchers from the University of Notre Dame and the University of Georgia.

How I wish SGX start to reduce the board lot to 1 just like ETF then more ppl will go in and more volume means more monies to earn for SGX since every buy, sell pay them monies.

They will also need to reduce commission fees, SGX fees etc for that.

if not no point transacting a few shares with such high fees that might cost more than the value of the shares being transacted.

Also it's about time for Sgx to follow US to allow us to trade in min 1 share for all counters. What actually stopping Sgx from doing so? Then they can also do away with odd-lot trading platform.

Possibly technical difficulty. A few years read SGX change/major overhaul their trading system and many many issues most likely is performance. Imagine counter go down to min 1 share sure a lot of volume traffic to and fro can SGX trading system handle? If cannot will lose their reputation as Southeast Asia financial powerhouse no face.

Why then ETF min 1 share can is becuz the traffic there really pathetic so of cuz load much lesser can handle lor.
