Hi fellas

I would like to know if anyone has gotten a CBS report and what does it consist of.

Also, are credit card balance transfers considered in CBS report?

Hope to have some inputs from fellow seniors!

Yes considered. Go pay $5+ for one and you will have all your answers.

It consist of all ur cards and loans that u have currently and it will also show which accounts u have which is outstanding with interest....
Regarding ur balance transfer, yes it does show..

You will be surprised that the report can even retrieve details from more than a decade ago.

err what is transfer? sign bank 0% that kind?
i use bank paid credit card bills n shopping things isnt the same right?basically just liabilities but wont show assets hor

Apply for a new credit card from 1st Apr 2016 onward and you can get 1 free copy from CBS

Let's say if I swap my credit card for $25k, but paid up on time when I received my bill, will this affect my credit rating?

No it won't show in ur report... Will show those will interest incurred

Yes, after u log in will tell u there's a free report. No need to pay.

Btw if after u login CBS got ask to pay, wait and try again few days later. The "free" only comes AFTER the bank query your credit report, not at the point of your cc application (buy usually quite fast)

If apply new card from the same bank that I already have CC with, wonder if they check with CBS again ...

like that wont, in fact if you make payment in full by due date its considered you have a gd record.

payment not made in full, default payment, chalk up alot of interest etc are the ones that will affect your credit ratings.

unfortunately balance transfer will also affect your credit ratings.
