Would like to check with the bros and sis here... What is the best cash rewards card in SG ar ? my spending is very minmum, wont hit 500 that kind. Am thinking of cutting my credit cards, too many unable to keep track. I applied them when i met requirement to apply for one, so almost all banks i have credit card with. Only posb who keep reject me. but if posb/dbs have good cards that does not require min spending can share with me? Wan to apply for card before i lose my current job and might be jobless soon...

i think no point chasing the "best" card la..

just get one card only .. no annual fee.. and charge everything there, and pay off everymth.

if have points or cash reward then even better but if dun have also nvm la..
after all already saved on annual fee.

Get at least 2 cards bah. 1 for transport - Stand Chart SMART card for 6% cash rebate, no minimum spending. 1 for all other purchases - Stand Chart SPREE card for 2% cash rebate for all contactless and online spending, no minimum spending needed.

I think for low usage (<$500) fuss-free the best overall card in my opinion should be UOB Absolute Cashback (1.7%)?

no conditions like online spend or contactless. just any non-NETS payment should qualify for cashback.

You really missed out a lot of cash rebates even if you don't spend much. My CC bill a month (excluding public transport) is about $200+ to $300. Only 1-2 months will be much higher coz of special occasions expenditure. My annual cash rebates enough to cover my whole year phone bill (SIM only plan).

i cancelled my uob n amex card long ago cos they refused to waive for me due to i no spend. is it easy to waive for these 2 card? i have the 2 SC card.

Those 2 I stated above don't have annual fees or minimum spending.
