i just received my poly grades and gpa is darm bad 2.18
i was wondering if i have the chance to enter sim uol b&f course or accountancy course with my finalised computed gpa.
i know it bad, ya that cos i have no interest in the poly course i am studying, however, i figured if i were to enrol to courses i have interest in, that could motivate me to do well in uni.
so i need some help from u guys what is my chances to enter sim uol accoutancy or B&F course
if not possible, again what is the critera both for rmit?

and since i just know my results, and am enlisting in ns soon, should i apply for the pte uni asap? maybe that would increase my chance of being enrol
or do i enrol after ns?
really need some input from u guys....:(

SIM don't reserve a slot for you during NS, u can apply when you are about to ORD. So long as you got $$$ to pay for their expensive school fees can already, there's no IGP unlike the public universities and 1 of my friend whose cGPA is 1.9 also can enter in. So you have absolutely no problems entering plus there's no grade as long as you pass with 55 and above, it is good enough to graduate.

all private universities work on a "first come first serve" basis. As long as you graduated with a diploma, and applied early, getting in is no issue at all, and thus the social stigma against them.

For example, GPA 1.5 student applied on the first day, as long as there are slots avaliable he will get in. GPA 4.0 applied on the last day of application, regardless of his GPA, he will not get in if all the slots have filled up.

No reservation of slots will be provided by private universities
