CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

I was using my imac with windows 10 installed for years and all the sudden it decided to failed me with hang, turned to blue screen after 10 min and end with error message "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED".

Went thru all the "7 solutions for CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED" including clean boot, update drivers, SFC, run DISM, etc. Still no luck. Anyone experienced the same issue here? How did you resolve your issue?

faulty driver causes it. if that happens even with latest driver means hw problem
