Hey guys, i,m planning to upgrade my 4 year old
i5-4590 MSI gtx970 rig.

Im planning to run a 1440p 144hz setup

Is this setup ok?

Mobo: Asrock z370m pro4
CPU: i5-8600k with Cryorig M9i heatsink
RAM: corsair vengeance lpx 3000mhz (8GBX2)
GPU: MSI GTX1080TI DUKE

i will be reusing my ATX casing, SSD, HDD and CS650M PSU

estimated cost from pcthemes price list is 2k before bargain.

Is the cpu balanced with the gpu?
