Do they Trust you or they simply very skeptical on you if mistakes happens n you are the executioner?
Do they believe what you explain or they just simply point finger at you first without letting you further explan.
They Trust your explanation or don't trust you even you tell the truth?
And when colleague found out it's not your mistakes but other, the colleague will tell you , you must do this n that....I mean hey, they commit mistakes, why I need to change for them???.

How about those introvert colleagues in ypir ex coy?My ex company have. The method is to assign a ‘’开心总管‘‘ to make aunties happy. His job from 8 to 5 is to walk around and talk to different dept aunties to ensure their stress level is the lowest. This can range from technical difficulties to gossips. The boss never need to worry about their morale as every worker is always the highest. When work is completed, the aunties will nua and talk to him. But boss dun care even he walk pass as they never once miss the daily target. This to me is the most effective team bonding.
My current company only know to spend on annual dinner, dept dinner, no outing (cos got one time go JB, bus crash, 4 injured), movie trip no meaning as evryone sit far from each other. Closest one is volunteer support and cooking course. All these done already ppl forget ler, during work still quarrel ma. No use de.
