I see. This I also kenna before. But i usually will blow up the issue and list it under audit check points for next quality audit. Since I am the one doing the saigang, finalising the process, i will make sure my solution will link the fault checking area directly/indirectly to their dept. So i still achieve the prevention while the involved dept cant escape responsibilty. (I am a certifed process auditor, so i know where to pick faults).
Bro, the issue is ot is not my fault. Yet my lead will add on more responsibility due to others fault which I find it unfair treatment.
If he nvr do, nobody will say.

my colleague jio me to ktv. i told him keep it a secret, but he blurted out during lunch time. now my female chiobu colleagues all give me that look that i am a dirty old man. so i cannot Trust my colleague to keep secret.
So he was doing it to get u ostracised by the chiobu OL group? Mebbe he heard them sey good things abt chiu so did it to get u blacklisted.

Oh.. so the problem is the job/schedule demands OT but the guy doesnt /doesnt want to OT to get the job done. So lead ask u to cover his responsibility ar?

The only colleague i trust is the pantry auntie. Her grapevines are 90% accurate.

Only those who have zero chance of promotion can be trusted.

Let's have your experience on Trust Issue with your colleagues.

Do they Trust you or they simply very skeptical on you if mistakes happens n you are the executioner?

Do they believe what you explain or they just simply point finger at you first without letting you further explan.

They Trust your explanation or don't trust you even you tell the truth?

And when colleague found out it's not your mistakes but other, the colleague will tell you , you must do this n that....I mean hey, they commit mistakes, why I need to change for them???.
No need all this bla bla bla just save Yr own backside when it comes to work, it's a royal rumble at work

Mine is different.

Even the issue is from them (other department), your lead will strangely telling you indirectly is your fault.

By adding " yo, next time, must do this n that To ensure this won't happen".

I was huh? They are wrong n why i must hv more checks to help them?

so what to do, he tell you to catch the errors of the other dept.

no choice, you not the lead, so you can only listen and follow.

Kosong trust, when email them, must always cc own boss and their boss, put a "if no reply by this date, we'll take it as you're ok with this" disclaimer

And how about your immediate Mgr walk to you n started to tell you must do this this that that even its not your problem. It's their issues.
