Hi all, I have a 6850, not sure if I should buy another to xFire or upgrade to something newer.
Used 6850 should be around 80-90$.

Any opinions on this?

Might be better to just buy a new GPU. Crossfired HD6850s would have the performance of about a R9 265 but with the increased power bill and heat.

With FSP Hexa 500 and you want to crossfire 2x 6850? Add in the cost of a new PSU...

FSP Hexa does not have very strong +12V rails (<80% wattage on +12V) and it is not a high end PSU that you can run near or even beyond the rated amperage with impunity.

Performance gain taking into consideration the extra power consumption and heat output is not worth it. Rather you sell your existing card and get anything higher than R9 270.

SLI or crossfire is never optimized properly for most of the game , only looks good in benchmark score, therefore just upgrade to the best single gpu solution ur budget allow ...
