Curious On Leave?

Why is that i feel that NS is controlling our leave?
Like they forced us to take leave when we dont want too. For example if theres nothing to do, they will ask not to come and use up our leave instead.

When you are in a unit where things are done as a group, then u suay lor. cause need to coordinate.

but if you are in those kind of solo role kind, then u will have flexibility

Training Institute ... BMT... hard to say
You'll have more freedom in unit I guess.

For coy line levels, during lull periods some of the guys went overseas together. I was in HQ, so we went went during the "void period" after our audits and before the start of Exercise period.

I think the bottom line is when you are "not needed" you can go and clear leave/off.... when you are needed... you are needed lor.
