I was there last night and was in the priority queue. The priority queue is a good idea as it separates the needy from the usual queue. In fact, I think it takes pressure off the usual queue. It will be even more chaotic if we all had just 1 queue.

But I do agree kids shouldn't be there. The priority queue should be just for senior citizens and 1 partner. After all, they help build our nation. If its anyone who deserves priority, its them.

The strollers had a separate queue along the pathway next to the church, and was fairly comfortable for them. But I see senior citizens who must be like 80years old, squeezed in the queue like sardines on the Padang. They are more likely to suffer health issues.

Geared up for it...

1.5 litres water bottle, lots of biscuits, fan, towel, wet tissue, dry tissue, put lots of shows in fully charged tablet, bring all my fully charged powerbanks. And wearing sports shoes...

Don't bring too much stuff, as it adds weight. Water will be provided amply. Don't need 1.5l.
U going in the day, bring a fan if u can. Wet tissues and towels are good!

One more is the esplanade bldg. But I think you will be questioned as u want to rejoin the queue.

Best in location (not hygiene) is the floating platform. Coz the time loss at toilet queuing etc can be made up by walking faster.
