Q

Surprisingly the wait seemed much shorter today, might be due to smaller crowd or the organizing committee cracked code for smoothening the crowd control.

Basically no wait at the Padang at all, straight to the floating platform and q was always moving, even though slowly at times.

Only time you need to wait is just before the tunnel.

Yes, because the lines are now very efficient after last night, they cracked the code liao. No languishing or sitting at the floating platform at all, you will be moving all the time, fast in, fast out, you won't even have the time to eat :s13:

Those who cant make it to pay respects at PH can do so at any of the 18 community tribute sites. All will open 24 hours tonight

Extracted:

SINGAPORE - All 18 community tribute sites are now open 24 hours a day to allow more people to pay their last respects to Mr Lee Kuan Yew, up from the original 10 which were open round the clock.

The sites will remain open from now until the end of the State funeral on Sunday, March 29, the People's Association said in a statement. To date, more than 700,000 residents have paid their last respects to Mr Lee at the 18 locations. Many more have indicated that they wish to do so.
