Just came out from parliament house after paying tribute to the great man.

I came in an organised group so took about slightly over 2 hours to get inside and come out.

Though we could not stand still and bow, we could go much much closer to the casket than in the day. As close as a couple of meters.

All in all a humbling experience.

garmen needs to wake up idea and start fighting for sinkies. ft has no emotional bond to sg and will leave at first sign of trouble.

Cannot see his face at all..coffin closed

The coffin is not closed.

The top is a glass pane. Half of the coffin is draped with Singapore flag.

Unless you are a dignitary or family members, or you manage to get up close, you will not get to see his upper body.

Someone who went wee Kim wee one told me, which was much smaller crowd size and they got to see upclose.
