Now about 4-4.5 hours.

I was lucky, queued at 11.15am, finished by 1.40pm.

Don't bet on it. Sinkie are known to be kiasu. Always wait till last min then go. Think the estimated time would be 8 hours on Sat.

1 accompany person per special needs person. Eg, 1 elderly + 1 accompany person or
1 child + 1 accompany person. Child needs to be below 6 years old. Rest of the family, join the normal queue.

You can try going at 6 am coz kids who are above 6, also can join priority queue, so that they can go school after that. It's quite fast, my friend waited for only 30mins this morning.

15:16 UPDATE: Queue waiting time at 3pm is 4.5 hours As at 3pm on March 26, the estimated waiting time is 4.5 hours, the authorities said.
