It is really overestimated. I started queueing at 3.30 pm. Went into the hall at 8 pm. At the time I queued they said it was 8 hours wait but it was really four and a half.

I parked at george street, take mrt from rafles place to city hall. After come out from parliament house, take a short walk to george street and drive home.
