Yea, I saw they increased vigil guards from 30 to 60.
There isn't so many at MAJ and above who may be physically able to do it.

Further many high ranking guys are also assign to do crowd control. I saw many 1WO as well.

The dark green one very hard to differentiate from the black one especially in dimmed condition. The worst one is support arms and armour. Can't even tell the difference even after squinting my eyes

Not all regulars own no.1.
My unit only my CO of LTC (ME6) equivalent has his own No.1.

Anyway no.1 can be issued pretty fast, there are available ones to pick from, just like NDP.
