i assume you not going to OC or maybe you want silent PC build?

as for HDD go for WD bule or toshiba... for casing better go with Fractal Design R5 and for Power Supply just get 550 or 650 should be enough....

Hi bro,

Yes I not planning to overlook thus the cooling may not be needed imo.

I not going silent build though but still planning on which case to take as I do want a case that would be able to fit the radiator nicely.

HDD wise looking to use something cheap and good around 1tb as I only will be using it to store my edited clips.

Hmm, looks overpowered for gw2 and minor video editing, but as long as you have the budget can liao.

For your budget, can get a pretty nice monitor...

If getting non K processor just drop the hero board to a normal h or b mobo.
Given your budget you can opt for a better GPU/Monitor and save the rest. You do not need Gskills 2666 (since not o/c just get value rams can liao). For casing stick to define R5 and for cooling stick to corsair 100i.

Am playing JQ since headstart. ign is M A X. the afro of jq.

will look into your recommendation of casing but looks to be a silent casing.
Does silent casing hamper the cooling eff. as compared to a normal casing?
also another question would be.
will the gammaxx 400 be noisy when gaming.

For your budget, can get a pretty nice monitor...

Am currently using dual 27" 1440p crossover monitors (bought from qoo10 so I will not be buying monitors). my current rig lag when i play gw2 wvw.

If getting non K processor just drop the hero board to a normal h or b mobo.

Thanks for the info for the cooling.
The reason why i chose gskill 2666 instead of gskill 2400 cuz only 10sgd diff.:s13:

:love::love::love::love:
Does Palit gpu tend to be hotter than the rest?

Thanks all that helped.
Reason I chose i7 is because gw2 tend to be more cpu intensive than gpu.
And I usually use my com for 2-3 years before buying a new rig.:s13:

Below my updated rig for now.
Am planning to overclock my rig now since i5 OC can match i7.
Will look at lazada and consider the palit 980ti as currently I am using a old palit 670ti.

MOTHERBOARD : Asus Maximus VIII Hero w/ Intel 6600k - Abt sgd 712
GPU : Gigabyte GTX970 G1 4GB Gaming DDR5 - Abt 618 (Tradepac)
Memory : G.Skill RipJaws-V 2666MHz CL15 - Abt sgd228 (Tradepac)
Ssd : Samsung 850 Evo 500gb (already bought from Amazon some time back)
HDD : Toshiba 2TB/64MB - $99.00 (ask rec by DawnsTear)[PC Theme]
PSU : SUPER FLOWER LEADEX gold 650W - Abt sgd 149 [PC Theme]
Casing : CM Cosmos SE ATX Casing (199 fm [PC Theme]) or Define R5 $143.65** (Lazada)
Cooling : Corsair H100i - Abt sgd 179 [PC Theme]

Current pocket hole size dmg - abt 2.2k
