wifey doesnt want to get a PC if the electric consumption is much higher than laptop, and i guess with liquid cooling.. it will bring down the electric consumption compare to ordinary cooling.

Maybe you would like to recommend me and let me see how much to save up eventually before getting one..

I wouldn't go for water cooling if you're on a budget. Heatsink is more than sufficient.
Anyway, if you're looking for small compact cases, I really like Jonsbo U3 (matx)

Slightly more expensive than other cases at ~$130 though. Looking at this case makes me drool

yes.. and i have to think about it..if i want to save up to get the water cooling or used the saved up to get a better parts..

I know it's going to be an anti climax, but i recommend a Mac mini. Just nice for your needs, can play your game and fits your budget.

I love to get one but previously, My bro in law passed me his macbook.. and i returned back it to him.. because for weeks i tried but still cannot grasp how the system work..

I guess my wife read alot in the internet.. her friends and bros also told her about the PC high consumption of electricity.

Its difficult when your wife is the one who manage the financial in the house..
