Hi all, want to check in if anyone might have come across for a fix for this issue. Been searching but havent been able to get a workable solution.

I am trying to manage my custom ringtones on my iOS 12 device, iTunes 12.7 no longer allows direct management of custom ringtones, so I tried to transfer using Waltr 2 on my mac. The transfer worked, but the problem now is the file name took on the metadata name instead of the actual file and shows up on my phone as "untitled". I'm mildly OCD about it, but if things dont work out I'll just have to live with it.(short of doing a full restore of my device, but i'm not that drastic)

I've tried using iTunes to delete the file off my device. I have a mac on iTunes 12.6 so it still works...BUT, while the file shows as being deleted off from the device on iTunes, on the phone itself, the file is still there as an option. This is what is frustrating, that i've managed to delete it from iTunes so it wont show up on my device from iTunes, but it shows up on the device itself. I've also tried removing all the data via checking/unchecking the "manually manage...my itunes files" thingy and syncing. Other ringtones i've had will disappear, but not this one I just added via Waltr.

Any help is appreciated.
