If i get WC with my i5-4570, and a while after that, i get i7-4770k, would it be easier to replace the cpu?

every time you change something means need to teardown. meaning money involve. money for distilled/coolant and tubing.

tearing down also need see your loop. if you have qdc for inlet and outlet of cpu block, it will be a breeze. but initial cost will increase by around 60-70 sgd.

if u build the tubing around the cpu block with some slack it should be possible to replace the cpu w/o draining your loop.

but if ur loop has slack in it, it may end up looking sloppy.
