What is the best brand to consider for the watercooling parts. :)

Easiest and most available I'd say are the Corsair HydroX and the new Themaltake Pacific series. Barrow/Barrowch are easy to order online

If no foreign particles, yearly change is fine. I had changed my clear coolant after 1+yr and it is still looks clear, no particles inside (provided previously got wash thoroughly).

So I need to disconnect all the tube and wash every year?

Tbh, i have not done that for a long long time although i change blocks once every 2 yrs or so. As long as there is no visible algae, i believe there is no need to be alarmed. U can strip all and clean or just leave it be. If using distilled water, just drain and pour new batch. If with coolant, might wan consider longer maintenance period as it is ex.
