This is awfully OT, but if you read the fine print you'll find that the Lemon Law doesn't change the previous/current situation. Whether you get an exchange or refund is still between the shop and you with your limited capabilities.

i thought cyberactive close down liao... anyway go there might as well go to challenger or any other game shops like Comics connection.. plenty of alternatives imo.

I rather go challenger than to buy from shops like cyberactive or pc zone.

Challenger service is good, bought a micro USB cable and it is faulty, within 7 days they just replace a new set without questions ask.

cyberactive is cheaper than challenger and offers more interesting pdts. but right now the boss of cyberactive seems to be more int in selling those china knockoff pdts these days...

interesting meh? the way I see they are selling this and that a bit here and there.
seriously not good enough. there used to be outlets at tampines one and also amk but tampines one no more liao. amk was near jubilee think also up lorry a few years agom

I personally don't really like Challenger. Their pricing tend to be on the higher side, and you may not be able to find parts to purchase. Not a fan of Cyberactive too, but if I have some parts that I need to purchase and am not willing to go all the way to SLS, I may just look for it in Cyberactive first.
