I keep left when I walk.

But end up cyclist still stop infront of me because he want avoid the person infront of me who keep right when walking.

Then you keep most left to signal to the cyclist that he should move.

Smrt had to put up dividers at the underground stations cos people don't keep to the left. Everyone occupies their favourite side and walk at their favourite pace.

Ring the bell once or at most twice. Dont ring the bell to signal your frustration as that may make some people upset.

Most people dont intentionally want to block the whole path, and they will quickly move aside when they become aware that a cyclist is behind them.

Once you pass them, remember to say "Thanks" or wave a thanks hand signal to them for making the effort to move aside for you.

Likely is on the road, cyclist felt "bullied" by driver. So go on pavement and "bully" pedestrian ?
