If possible try add in extra budget for an SSD for D3. It is annoying when you load slow then when you finally load finish you has been killed by the monster especially in hardcore.

Just wait for the pros to recommend you the build :)

yes i3 is more than enough. For gpu, go for a gtx 750ti. you should be able to run ros on the i3 integrated graphics but at low settings.

asrock h81m-dgs + g3220 $143
gskill 8gb ram $95
zotac gtx 750ti $218
plextor m5s 128gb $118
win 7 $115
fsp hexa+ 450w $59
sharkoon t28 $78

total $826

If really die die must below $700

asrock h81m-dgs + i3-4150 $210
gskill 8gb ram $95
plextor m5s 128gb $118
win 7 $115
fsp hexa+ 450w $59
sharkoon t28 $78

total $675

tahan with low setting then get a gtx 750ti once you save up

you can also go with 4gb of ram but i would not recommend it

D3 ROS isnt that hard to drive.

An overall budget rig without a HDD

$700

ASRock H81M HDS + intel Pentium G3220 ~ $145
Crucial 4gb 1600mhz Value Ram ~ $51
Corsair Force LX 128gb ~ $98
Zotac GTX750 1gb ~ $169
FSP HEXA 300w 80+ ~ $39 (With 1 year warranty)
Cooler Master Elite 311 USB 3.0 with window panel ~ $54
Samsung DVD Drive ~ $21
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit OEM ~ $110

Total ~ $687. Buy at tradepac, DIY

You still can play D3 at high settings.

i can tell u, even with my specs, it will still lag at certain maps.

its not gonna do with ur specs but the game itself is not well done at certain maps.

More than enough.

Heres my finding.

A 3220/3240/3258 Take any stock speed of their own

http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/h...z97s-sli-plus-eco-friendly-board-4733266.html

Read my findings and you will know what I meant by ROS is not even an intensive game to run.

It is not CPU nor GPU intensive.

CPU loading was found to be at 75% to 80% range.

You can even pair it up with an entry level card such as the 7750 or the r7 250x and it will give you a mere 65-70fps on high settings.

For my case im pairing up a G3258 at stock settings with a r9 290 im getting 130-140 fps range or more.

The lag you are experiencing is due to ROS poor optimization where all 4 characters together spam skill to bombard an area of mobs will cause your GPU to take a huge dip in FPS.

Be it whatever gpu you take including the gtx780ti.

Tested and proven over their forums.
