16?? Bruh pretty sure you can get. My L1R4 28 lol, but I did o's 2-3 years ago (went ns) then got work experience. I applied back in 2017 and got rejected

I went for 3 SP interview in Feb. The SP website say results by mid April tho.so far I got nth yet

on wait list is just saying that if someone didnt accept the course, you will then have a chance to get in. if not you are rejected. i called rp and im on the wait list too.

NYP says mid-April. for me RP-wise, i not sure if it was typo error in the email. cause they say expect reply from 9th April, but then nothing came.
