Yes it does unfortunately. Because if u are ex poly u already got a shot at poly. Screw up is your daiji from schools' perspective. So they wanna give people who are first time poly priority.

Got my course from rp yesterday after being put on the waiting list on April 9 whereas nyp rejected me.
