Already overpriced

I thought Daintree is fairly priced 16-17xxpsf which seems to be the norm for RCR new lunch, don’t see any RCR new launch cheaper than that. Jadescape is also 17xxpsf, Park Colonial is already 19xxpsf. Why is Daintree overpriced?

The freehold condo you hate - signature is much cheaper.

We can only wait for time to tell . . .

If daintree can grow, so can signature park. Market should move as a whole. If only new launches are pricey, something is wrong.

Old freehold vs new leasehold. Hard to find apple to apple. How about HIGH OAK CONDO? $1,100psf!!!

Sorry not even $1,100psf. LESS THAN $1,000psf recent transactions... Nearer to mrt somemore. Paying 60% more for brand new? Dyodd.

Another wise man always say, its your money, spend as you wish.

First time I looked into this area, another area with crazy new launch premium.

Own stay maybe daintree. If investment, definitely take the resales.

Anyway huat to developers, since many think like you.

Hehe I won’t buy any of D21, be it dirt cheap old FH or brand new LH.

But bro, to choose between Daintree and Signature Park, what’s ur opinion? I would opt for Daintree both from own stay or investment perspective if the comparison is Signature Park.

One of the motivation to buy into old properties is enbloc potential. However, since I have no control over whether a property will get enbloc or not, plus hefty MCST fee....so I won’t gamble on it unless there’s future policy change that favours enbloc climate. :D

Why you never buy High Oak Residences?

Below $1000 psf and nearer to mrt.
