Already overpriced

I thought Daintree is fairly priced 16-17xxpsf which seems to be the norm for RCR new lunch, don’t see any RCR new launch cheaper than that. Jadescape is also 17xxpsf, Park Colonial is already 19xxpsf. Why is Daintree overpriced?

If daintree can grow, so can signature park. Market should move as a whole. If only new launches are pricey, something is wrong.

Sorry not even $1,100psf. LESS THAN $1,000psf recent transactions... Nearer to mrt somemore. Paying 60% more for brand new? Dyodd.

One of the motivation to buy into old properties is enbloc potential. However, since I have no control over whether a property will get enbloc or not, plus hefty MCST fee....so I won’t gamble on it unless there’s future policy change that favours enbloc climate.
