The High Oak residents ho seh menz, enduring two consecutive constructions right next door, and to a lesser extent nearby, Terrene not too long ago and soon Kismis Residences.

They will be in constant disturbance. Next to go is the existing community club which will be shifted to the Bukit Timah market area.

I still cannot understand why anyone would pay $1700 psf for 99 years Daintree when they can get a freehold at Eunos easily at $1100 psf??? Or even lower at pasir panjang.

They are buying into the Beauty World story. The FH at Eunos are all boutique would avoid though and choose Daintree instead. FH at Pasir Panjang lower than $11xxpsf not sure which project is it.

I think it depends on preference. For me, it boutique FH v full fledged condo LH in this case I would go for Daintree and buy into the Beauty World story hoping it becomes a beauty some day.

If boutique means smaller scale condo or apartments with small land area, then I will go for the full sized condo with bigger facilities and land area. A full fledged condo has more appeal to future renters and buyers. Probably accounts for the psf price difference.

The issue with boutique unit is the restricted/limited number of transaction taking place and thus, may have implication on price appreciation. I can’t say it applies to all boutique dev but majority.
