love the 2 hawker centre, and the transquility of the area, but yet near Geylang and town.

oh nice. this place is very well covered from the red light district to be honest. as compared to the kallang bto on nov bto. so we should count ourself quite lucky. are u on MCPS ?

nope. my mom stay at Potong Pasir, so only the bidadari project for may bto qualify me for mcps. even Nov kallang bto also dosnt qualify me for mcps.

Hmm, tell her you've made some sacrifice by going 3rm. I'll suggest going with your Geylang number since it's really good.

mine is low 1XX 4 rm... i like the river facing units but the unit number 124 sounds bad? unit 128 sounds good but will the master bedroom be hot during afternoon since there is no blocks shading it...
