i went muslim cemeteries at night. you can see the moon and stars right? it looks bright due to extended exposure but this place has no lighting at night. totally dark. i walked around the trees nearby. all alone and resting in peace

the workers digging the grave were silently shocked to see me walking towards them alone in the darkness towards them. i avoided their faces in the video above

there are 4 ways to go second level. the stairs used is very sturdy. i stomped it. felt solid. the best way up is the concrete staircase i used to come down. most people won't use it because it looks very creepy. this place has all the vibes of resident evil. a friend told me he heard sounds of laughter inside and outside the mansion when he went there. i could hear nothing at all, except the occasional sound of footsteps which are actually leaves rubbing each other. there's always a physical explanation. i never saw ghosts in cemeteries during my recent visits at night, but this place is admittedly way more frightening if i were to visit at night

tiagong ubin got one graveyard quite haunted. can u go there at 3 am?
i want to capture exhumation of bones in our local cemetery at night first. during my last visit, they only managed to remove the tombstone cover and just got started on drilling through the reinforced concrete cover

as i asked around, it dawned on me nobody wants to be in any forest at night, not just istana woodneuk. my wife, children & helper are frightened. one of the boys says yes but after watching the day video, he says it's too frightening even in a group

my helper recounted ghostly steps in her sister's home, simultaneously heard by her sister and grandma. always during night time. these ghostly steps can't be heard in the day. she hears people walking when there's nobody around. goes out to check but finds nothing. the rational me says there must be a physical explanation. had another friend telling me he heard a lady laughing inside this house although i heard nothing. i asked where the sound came from? can it be recorded? he says the sound comes from inside the head, not through the ears. unbelievable. he was in a team and all 3 heard it. i was alone yet heard nothing throughout the time i was there

going there alone at night takes alot of mental preparation. it's a mind game. your imagination runs wild inside a dark house. it's much worse than a dark forest, and far worse than a cemetery. the darkness inside a house swallows you because light from the moon is blocked. exterior sounds are blocked and interior sounds are amplified. you constantly worry if there's something behind, above, below or beside you. no matter what you scored in physics, you will experience irrational fear. such is the power of a dark building

i wish to video in darkness but my hp can't do the job, not even under the sky. a torch is compulsory, exactly like the resident evil 1 game. only soldiers doing night training will go inside forests and abandoned buildings at night, but because you're in uniform and under orders, the fear factor isn't there. take all that off and the feeling is different. makes no sense

can consider using a smartphone rig for more stable shooting.

attach this 3 in 1 work light on the rig with a cold shoe adapter

thanks for the suggestion. i have that exact same rig. my biggest dissatisfaction is with the video quality. will switch to iphone next round. i want to record better quality dim light videos before going more difficult places at night

my light source is actually far bigger. it can't be mounted on that rig. you need a big diffuse light source to eliminate that torchlight effect
