U need to receive a direct SMS to enjoy the promo.

Just 3 weeks ago, I received a 20% rebate ($1 cap) SMS, but not my spouse. When I ask my spouse to use Dash, did not get the rebate. I suspose the promo was targeted at me as I use Dash payment less often than my spouse.

So the promo SMS is targeted at specific customers. I supposed the new promo is for people who hadn't done top up often beforehand

me too never receive and I only do top up when there is promo when I saw in hwz. haha.

No, I did top up before during the previous promo.
The T&Cs say you need to receive the SMS for this promo.
