Anyone heard of this personal loan?
I'm thinking of applying a personal loan for my diploma, as i don't have much saving.

And seeing it like 5% p.a?

It quite clearly says effective rate 10.85% on the website.

so can ask the experts here.. if lets say want to take a loan for 5k.. which would be the lowest bank or etc?
